Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes. Please contact us at cs@fireflybuys.com for orders exceeding 100 pounds.
Do you ship internationally?
Firefly Buys proudly ships worldwide! You can view shipping rates in your cart, or during checkout. Buyers are responsible for customs, duties, taxes and fees. Please note that we are unable to ship to countries for which the United States maintains trade sanctions and embargo programs.
Do you offer discounted shipping for orders that include multiple items?
Yes. Our $4.99 flat rate (for Economy shipping within the contiguous U.S.) means the more you order, the less it costs to ship per item. Also, if you're order is over $35 Economy shipping (within the contiguous U.S.) is free!
For other options, our shipping is calculated based on the total weight of the order so you will pay less shipping per item if you order several in the same order. Please see the shipping information page for details.
Do you charge sales tax?
We collect sales tax for orders shipping to a number of states. It is charged at the corresponding rate of the postal code entered and will be applied during checkout.
